Prescient cartoon: guess when it was published?
October 26, 2009This cartoon was published in 1934 in the Chicago Tribune. Amazingly, it gives the appearance of being entirely contemporary – only the “Stalin” drawing indicates an earlier genesis. Note especially the “Plan of Action”.
